Lot 65.  B18 near set of 83 missing 8 (Adams, Graney, Mowrey, Pratt, Shotten, Smith, Steele and Dee Walsh). Also present are both spellings of Cavanaugh (Kavanagh). Highlights: Jackson (vg), Cobb (ex), Johnson (ex), Kavanagh (ex), Gandil (nr mt), Huggins, (Yellow paths, gd, ragged side), Stengel (ex), Wheat (ex). Balance averages excellent.

Lot 66.  T201 Mecca Set of 50. Nice average vg-ex set. Highlights: Cobb/Crawford (vg), Evers/Chance (vg-ex), Mathewson/Bridwell (vg-ex), Collins/Baker (vg), Johnson/Street (gd-vg), Speaker/Gardner (gd), Lajoie/Falkenberg (gd-vg), Dougherty/Lord (gd), Huggins/Bresnahan (vg). Lot 67.  T227 Honest Long Cut/Miners set of 4 baseball plus 13 additional cards from very difficult set of 25. Ty Cobb has excellent front, and small spot of paper loss (size of dime) on back. Rube Marquard has vertical crease and is good, Chief Bender is vg-ex but has reparable 1/2” tear at right side and the Home Run Baker is in fair condition. The Cobb and Marquard are Miners backs and Bender and Baker are Honest Long Cuts. The additional cards are Zbyszko (laminated), Uhlan, Sheppard, De Oro, Goodwin, McGrath, Ess H. K., Mulford, Dixie IV, Klaus, Kramer, Brown and Willie Hoppe. They average gd-vg.

Lot 68.  F50 1928 Yuengling's near set of 59 missing No. 48 Smith. Nice set with virtually no creasing, but most cards have light brown staining. Highlights: 6-Ruth (vg), 13-Hornsby (vg-ex), 26-Gehrig (gd), 27-Cobb (ex-mt), Speaker (ex+).

Lot 69.  R303B Goudey complete set of 24 plus 5 duplicates. The Black and white set of 24 is ex-mt except for the Appling which is vg-ex. The DiMaggio is ex+-mt. Four of the duplicates are sepia versions of Ott, Feller, Dickey and Gomez. All are ex-mt or better. The fifth extra is a second B&W DiMaggio, also ex+-mt.

Lot 78.  W560 Playing Card set of 64 in 4 sheets. Sheets include all 52 playing cards and 12 jokers. The latter are much tougher and include Ruth. Balance of set which includes 49 baseball players, several boxers, football players, aviators, etc. The sheets have no creases, are slightly miscut, which is normal and average excellent.

Lot 79.  1941 W753 St. Louis Browns set of 30 and W754 St. Louis Cardinals near set missing only the Order form cards. Cardinal set includes Schoendienst, Mize and Branch Rickey and is in its original box. All the cards in both sets are ex-mt or better.
