Lot 37.  Jackie Robinson autographed Hall of Fame Gold Plaque. Neatly inscribed in blue ballpoint "Best Wishes Jackie Robinson". The plaque originally came from the collection of autograph guru George Sanders and included is a photo of Robinson with Sanders. This exact photo is on page 69 of Sanders Sports Autograph book. Accompanied by GAI/Mike Gutierrez COA. Autograph House (Sanders) COA.

Lot 38.  Autographed articles of Joe DiMaggio, Lefty Grove and Rogers Hornsby. All three articles came from a baseball writers dinner program in1962. Each article, written by a name writer features an article about the star and is autographed on or below the photo. All measure 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" and are professionally matter to 11" x 14" and are waiting to be framed. The DiMaggio article is written by Red Smith and is signed "Best Wishes Joe DiMaggio", the Hornsby article is written by Lou Niss, traveling secretary of the Mets in the first year of the Mets is signed "Rogers Hornsby 1962" and the Grove by Boston writer Joe Cashman is signed simply "Lefty Grove". All are near mint with clear signatures in light blue ink. Mike Gutierrez COA.
