Lot 321.  PC-unc. Brush automobile Ty Cobb. An extremely rare postcard set featuring Detroit Tigers in street clothes advertising the Brush automobile with a short "poem". The highlight of the set is Ty Cobb, offered here. A couple of light creases in the lower right portion of the card.

Lot 322.  PC-unc Lawrence Semon Ty Cobb. Extremely rare baseball postcard series based on the artwork of New York illustrator Lawrence Semon. The Ty Cobb is the highlight of the set and I don't believe it's ever been offered before. The card is unused and is excellent with some light toning at the top of the card.

Lot 323.  PC-unc. "Our Matty" SGC Graded 60 EX 5. Beautiful near mint appearing postcard with only a light discoloration at the bottom right. Beautifully centered and clean. Published by Pastime Novelty of New York. As noted on the card the photo was taken during the 1913 World Series.

Lot 324.  PC742-1 Boston Sunday American Series Tris Speaker, excellent, unused. Very rare circa 1910 set featuring Boston Red Sox players. Only 6 players are known. Speaker is the highlight and he is offered here in excellent condition. Excellent condition is very rare because of the glossy surface of the card.

Lot 325.  PC760 Rose Postcard Harry Steinfeldt, The missing infielder from Tinkers, Evers and Chance. Nice appearing card, postally used, some soiling on front and a 1/4" barely noticeable cut at the top.

Lot 326.  5 Better player postcards including 2 Rose and an H804-22 B&W Tobin Trade Card of Mickey Welch. Nice lot with two PC760 Rose postcards of Orth, NY AL and Powell, St. Louis AL (vg cards with pencil scribbling on the back), a very rare Ames Ullman (fair), a PC773-3 Wolverine Schaefer & O'Leary (vg), A NY Giant color postcard/scorecard featuring Mathewson, Joe McGinnity, Dummy Taylor, Bowerman, Ames and Mertes (ex front, pencil writing on back) and a B&W Tobin Litho trade card of Mckey Welch with tobacco advertising on rear (fair).

Lot 327.  6 very attractive minor league team champion post cards. Includes the 1909 Lancaster team with two of the four Coveleskie bothers including HOF'er Stan (ex), the 1906 Hartford team of the Conncticut League by the famous Oliver studio. All the players shown were also on very rare individual postcards produced by Oliver (fr-gd), the 1905 Hoylake champion team of the Connecticut State League (ex+), 1913 Real photo card of Binghamton of the N.Y. State League (ex-mt), a very graphic composite with players vignettes placed on a pennant of the same 1905 Hoylake team (ex-mt) and a famous Weasner photo post card of the 1909 Rochester Champions team of the Eastern League (ex).

Lot 328.  Extemely Nice Group of 39 Miscellaneous postcards including rare Dear Friends, W530's, Dormands, etc. There are 7 W530s, all blank backs, in about excellent condition (Clarke, Rucker, Konetchy, Mitchell, Zimmerman, Doyle, Cole); 10 early St. Louis Cardinals, apparently from 1951 and pre-dating the "Dear Friend" postcards. All in about excellent or better condition the players include Slaughter (vg), Krieger, Habenicht, Poholosky, Richmond, Sarni, Miggins, Hemus, Ciaffone and Bollweg; 1932 Giant Schedule PC with Hubbell (ex); 2 U.S. Publishing (Max Stein) of Zimmerman and Marquard (vg); Mets PCs of Warren Spahn and McGraw (ex); HF Gardner PC of Tommy and Hank Aaron (ex), Requennas of Berra and Stottlemeyer (ex); 15 Dormands including Mantle rare bat on shoulder (ex), regular Mantle (ex-mt), Sain, Reynolds, McDonald, McDougald, Bollweg, Rizzuto, Berra, Woodling, Carrasquel, Furillo, Miranda, Martin and Gorman (average ex+);

Lot 329.  Extremely rare Hotel Braxton publicity postcard of Redland Field. I've never seen one offered publicly, either at auction or for sale. The card shows a view from right field with a street map of the location of the Hotel inset in the lower right portion of the card. The Braxton Hotel in Cincinnati is no longer in existence. The card is excellent and unused. There is a very light crease in the lower left corner.

Lot 330.  Rare Real photo postcard of 1943 Monterrey team with Roy Campanella. Extraordinary, crystal clear real photo postcard showing Campy's team in the Mexican League. Team identification in white lettering in foreground. Campanella is easily identified in the top row, 2nd from the right. The card has some light creasing and wear in the corners. Standard unused back.
