Lot 177.  Group of 25 1927 W560 Playing cards. Nice ex-mt and better group. Highlights: Four tough jokers include Cochrane, Walberg, Chas. Lindbergh and Adm. Byrd. Also HOF’ers Grove, Cuyler, Simmons, L. Waner, football players, 1 boxer, etc. A few with some light creases.

Lot 178.  Interesting and worthwhile lot of 33 diverse cards. Includes 3 1919 Reds postcards- Eller, Moran and Sallee (all ex and unused); 6 1932 Wheaties Minneapolis Millers-Cohen Ganzel, Hauser, Mowry, Richards and Sicking, (all ex-mt); 2 1952 Num Num Indians- Larry Doby with tab (ex+) and Chakales without tab (ex-mt); 2 1962 Cloverdale Dairy Twins- Mincher & Coaches (ex); 5 1964 Challenge the Yankees Game -Mantle (vg-ex), Maris (ex), Hamilton (ex), Bouton (ex+) & Reniff (gd); and 1963 Pepsi-Cola Colt 45s near set of 15. Missing only the impossible Bateman and including the rare Bob Lillis (tab missing, o/w (ex-mt) and Carl Warwick (nr mt). All other cards are nr mt with full tabs except Bruce (no tabs).

Highlights are an R327 Diamond Star wrapper, an R321 Goudey, a 1941 Goudey, 1c 1954 Bowman, 1c 1955 Topps (undated), 1958 Topps, 1960-1968 Topps, all Fleer wrappers from 1959-1963, 11 OPC wrappers from 1971-1983, etc. The collection is in 2 pocket plastic sheets in a 3 ring binder and is in excellent condition.
