Graded Cards

  2 Lots

Lot 160.  F-unc. 1916 Tango Eggs Buck Weaver PSA NM 7. Near perfect card actually portraying a known picture of Joe Tinker, as in the E92 and associated sets. The designation of Weaver, which was a long standing error in the D303 Mothers Bread set, has made the Tango Egg card a much more desirable card, not that it was necessary. The Tango cards weren’t known until 1991, when most, if not all of the several hundred cards known were released by relatives of the L. Frank Company, whose name is on the backs of the card, in a very strange deal to a New Jersey card dealer. There is little question to the rarity and the legitimacy of the cards nor the desirability of the Weaver.
Winning Bid $1,210.
