Lot 148.  1910 D322 Tip Top Bread Forbes Field PSA 4. A very high grade for an unusual, highly desired card featuring the Pirates’s new ballpark from this 25 card set honoring the 1909 Pittsburgh Champions.
Winning Bid $1,465.


Lot 149.  3 E90-2 Higher grade American Caramel Champion Pittsburgh Pirates Group includes Sam Maddox PSA 5, Ham Hyatt and Fred Leever, PSA 4’s. All nice appearing cards with excellent centering and clean backs.
Winning Bid $2,144.


Lot 150.  6 E90-2 Lower grade American Caramel Champion Pittsburgh Pirates Group includes Mgr. Fred Clarke (HOF), George Gibson , Tommy Leach, Dots Miller, Deacon Phillippe and Chief Wilson. All are PSA 2 except Miller which is a PSA 3. All four “2”s appear excellent but have tiny amounts of paper loss on the back. The Phillippe has no paper loss but has a small circular spot of album remains which could be easily removed.

Lot 151.  11 PSA graded T206 White Borders graded 4, 5 and 6, all Pittsburgh Pirates. There are 2 PSA 6 (Miller and Leach (bending)). The Leach is noted “MC”. There are 5 PSA 5 (Clarke, both Camnitz’, Gibson and Phillippe) and 4 PSA 4 (Abstein, Leifield pitching, Maddox and Wilson).

Lot 152.  Three tough 1930’s PSA graded type cards featuring Pittsburgh Pirates. Includes a 1932 R328 U.S. Caramel #13 Lloyd Waner, PSA VG 3, a 1933 R317 Uncle Jack's Candy Lloyd Waner, PSA VG-EX 4 and a 1933 V355 World Wide Gum # 22 Pie Traynor, PSA NM 7.

Lot 153.  Five 1909-1911 PSA graded caramel cards featuring Pittsburgh Pirates. Group includes E90-1 American Caramel Camnitz (PSA 4), E92 Dockman Dots Miller (PSA 4), E94 (Close Candy) Byrne (PSA 5), E97 Briggs Camnitz (PSA 3) and an E93 Standard Caramel of HOF’er and Mgr. Fred Clarke (PSA 4).

Lot 154.  Three 1904-1914 PSA Very high grade “WG” baseball game playing cards featuring Pittsburgh Pirates. Group includes 1904 Fan Craze Deacon Phillippe, PSA MINT 9, 1913 National Game Fred Clarke PSA MINT 9 and the Polo Grounds Honus Wagner, PSA NM 7.

Lot 155.  Five graded Tobacco cards. Includes a T3 Turkey Red #46 Safe at Third, PSA 4 VG-EX, a T202 Hassan Triple Folder Collins Safe../Byrne/Clarke PSA 5 EX, T207 Brown Background Max Carey PSA 4 VG-EX, a T200 Pittsburgh PSA 2 GOOD and a very high grade T213 Coupon Type 2 Camnitz PSA 5 EX, which are almost always creased.

Lot 156.  Two Sporting Life high grade cards. A W600 Cabinet of George Gibson PSA graded 6 EX-MT (MK). The mark is a pencil written price in the corner of the back. Also an M116 of Sam Leever graded PSA 7, NM.

Lot 157.  Very nice group of 5 PSA graded caramel cards and 1 baking card. The group includes a D303 General Baking card of Gibson (PSA 2), an E105 Mello Mint of Gibson (PSA 4), and E106 American Caramel of Oakes (PSA 3), a Red bordered E254 Colgans Chip of Clarke (PSA 3) and 2 E145 Cracker Jacks of 54-O’Toole and 70-Clarke (both PSA 3).

Lot 158.  1955 Topps #164 Rookie Roberto Clemente PSA 6 EX-MT. The rookie Clemente has sharp corners, a perfectly clean back, and is centered slightly to the bottom.

Lot 159.  High Grade pair of Kahns Roberto Clementes from 1962 and 1963, both PSA 6 EX-MT. Near mint appearing cards with flawless backs.
