Lot 207.  27 R310 Butterfingers in mixed condition with fourteen HOF’ers including Gehrig. Included in the group is one very rare salesman display card (hard cardboard) of O’Farrell (excellent). The Gehrig has album remains in the corners. The others averaging very good condition include Averill, Bottomley, Chapman, Cronin, Dickey, R Ferrell, Gehringer, Foxx, Haas, Grove, Hogan, Jordan, Melillo, Morrisey, Mowrey and Whitehill. The balance with minor damage include Carroll, Cochrane, Gomez, Hafey, Hoyt, Lee, Reynolds, Ryan and P. Waner.

Lot 208.  6 1937 Wheaties Series 14 “single serve” panels. Unlike the usually seen Wheaties Panels of the thirties these panels, which were on the back on small single serve boxes, measured only 2 5/8” x 3 7/8” and are very rare. The six panels are highlighted by Joe DiMaggio. The DiMaggio is full size but has a tear in the upper left reinforced by a piece of tape on the back. The other in the group are full size Arky Vaughan (vg) and Joe Moore (ex). Ray Radcliff is missing the lower right corner and has a tear in the left corner, Cecil Travis measured a ¼” short, o/w ex and Zeke Bonura measures 2 ¼” x 3 ½”.

Red Hearts - 3 Warren Spahn (near mint) Red Man 1953 - 33 cards all with tabs in good-fair condition. Includes 10 HOF’ers incl. Lot 210.  Complete set of 5 1970 Transogram complete Mets boxes with all statues and a 1970 14 ¾ x 17 ¾ Promotional display. The Met boxes are as follows: Kranepool-Weis-Seaver (box complete and near mint); Boswell-Koosman-Grote (crease across back), Ryan-McGraw-Jones (box complete, light creasing); Shamsky-Gentry-Agee (box complete light wrinkle on Shamsky), Swoboda-Harrelson-Clendenon (box complete with statues, Harrelson’s head has fallen off, light crease); The striking display was stuck in the store display with the Met boxes and features photos of all five trio of pictures from the 1969 Mets Champs.
