Lot 55. 1930 U.S. Open Friday ticket at Interlachen in Minneapolis. Won by Bobby Jones, his fourth and final U.S. Open title and the next to last leg of his miraculous 1930 Grand Slam. Jones topped McDonald Smith by two strokes in a very exciting match. It was the only Open at Interlachen. Gorgeous near mint ticket. In our February 2002 Auction a very similar ticket went for $2,300+.
