Lot 30. 1888 Detroit Wolverine Trade Card. Unusual Trade card for one of the 19th Centuries great teams. Studio shot of 1888 team is exactly the same pose in the Joseph Hall Cabinet. Dan Brouthers is shown in the back (3rd from left), San Thompson is to his left. Ned Hanlon is by Manager Watkins right. Charlie Bennett and Deacon White are also pictured on this great team. A key identifying all the players is included. Rear shows ad for a Clothing store. The Trade card measures 7" x 4 1/4" and has some creasing and a few tears, but is very rare and the image is fine.
