Lot 32. 1888 Sporting Times Giants Cigar label. Beautiful 4 1/2 x 7 1/2 litho based on the Joseph Hall Cabinet of the 1888 Champion New York Giants. 18 Players and manager Mutrie are identified in the key at the bottom. One of the greatest teams ever included 6 HOF’ers. The label has some damage in the lower left corner and a stain which barely touches the picture label. The rear was used as an accounting ledger sheet and has some pencil writing.
