Lot 192. 1953 Dixie Lids very rare small size set of 24. Produced by only 2 companies, "Hoods" and "Abbotts". 23 of the 24 are Hoodsies. All are complete with tabs except Kluszewski and Shantz. The mint lids are Slaughter, Trucks and Kiner with their wax paper covers. Highlights are Lemon, Irvin, Schoendienst, Spahn, Ashburn and Fox are all excellent as the balance average excellent+.
