Lot 268.  T68 Heroes of History Royal Bengal Little Cigars set of 100. Very nice condition set with 86 cards excellent or better and 14 cards very good. One extra card is included showing tough Pan Handle Scrap silver variation back. Winning Bid $862.

Lot 269.  V359 (R124) Sea Raiders near set of 45 missing 26, 37 and 45. All the cards are World Wide Gum. Twelve of the cards are Boston, 33 are Montreal. Of the Montreal cards 22 have split language backs and 11 are just English. Cards grade 27 cards excellent or better, 9 cards very good and 9 cards good. Nice group. Winning Bid $4,096.

Lot 270.  R128 Series of 48 set of Indians, R712-4 Topps TV Westerns set of 71 and R714-2 Topps Bring 'Em Back Alive set of 100. The R128 set is neatly separated and has 44 cards excellent and 4 very good. The TV Westerns set has 60 cards ex-mt or near mint and 11 vg-ex and the Bring "Em Back Alive set has 78 cards excellent or better and the balance average very good. There are also 8 Bring 'Em Back Alive duplicates which average excellent. Minimum Bid $600.

Lot 271.  R172a and b Wild West. 72 cards. Near set of 48 R172a with Puzzle back and run of 24 R172b with non puzzle back (26-49). The Puzzle back set (R172a) has 23 cards ex-mt, 18 cards excellent and 6 cards very good and the non-Puzzle backs (R172b) grade 14 ex-mt, 8 excellent and 2 very good. Winning Bid $1,183.

Lot 272.  Partial set of 1937 Donut Company of America box design cards from the "Thrilling Moments in the Lives of Famous Americans" issue. 49 cards from the set of 72 plus an excellent condition copy of the Album. The cards were issued as part of Donut boxes and 18 different cards were on each box in 3 panels of 6. The 49 cards are almost all neatly cut. There are no sports stars in the 49 cards. Winning Bid $500.

Lot 273.  D57 1953 Mothers Cookies near set of 59 (of 63), missing #42, #46, #59 and #62. Movie Stars and 1953 Mothers Cookies TV and Radio Stars near set of 62 (of 63) missing #47. Our consignor tried to complete these sets for nearly 50 years and couldn't do it. Their difficulty easily surpasses the 1952 Mothers Cookie baseball issue. The Movie star set contains 33 excellent cards. The balance are very good with a few lesser. The TV and Radio near set is almost all excellent and better except for a half dozen cards. Football player Tom Harmon is ex-mt. Winning Bid $1,735.
