Lot 49.  Ty Cobb Framed Autographed Christmas Card and photo. This was a Ty Cobb personal Christmas card with Cobb's initials "T.R.C." pre-printed on the front of the card. Signed "Ty Cobb" and it is important to note that while Cobb signatures are available, ones from the 1910 era are extremely rare. The German card was post marked 1910 from Union City, Indiana and framed with a black and white photo (presumably not first generation) of Cobb. It was sent to Mrs. Ella Wood of Ridgewood, Indiana. Beautifully framed to "16 1/2" x 14". Probably one of a kind.
Winning Bid $660.
