The rest are SGC as follows: 41-Leach (EX 5), 54-O'Toole (EX 5), 59-Gessler (VG/EX 4), 63-Adams (VG/EX 4), 84-Knetzer (EX 5), 139-Oakes (FAIR 15) and 152-McQuillan (VG/EX 4). The four rejects are 16-Camnitz, 70-Fred Clarke, 73-Max Carey and #168-Campbell. The cards appear to be near mint and are 1/16" short.

Lot 225. N162 Goodwin Champion Dan Brouthers SGC 40 VG 3. Extremely nice card of the Detroit Hall of Famer. Beautifully centered, no creases and a clean back. We feel grade could be higher.

Lot 226. N172 Old Judge Bob Caruthers PSA EX-MT 6 (MK). Beautiful card, perfectly centered , fabulous photo and a clean back except for a rubber stamped name "Frank H. Sawyer" of a previous owner. Caruthers was a terrific pitcher (218 lifetime wins) and a great batter (.282 lifetime batting average) and many feel he should be in the HOF.
