Group of Ruth four photos and two drawings, all Excellent. Pictures show Ruth portrait on 4x6 card with career stats on back (possibly issued at his death), a portrait wearing a cap, a two-view newspaper photo showing him in 1947 in uniform and just prior to his death and a photo of his widow dedicating Ruth memorial near Gehrig and Huggins plaques in Yankee Stadium's center field. Unusual drawings show color Ruth portrait and montage of newspaper headlines about his career and Ruth with Wagner, Grove, Sisler and Keeler in the B&W "Rondine Baseball Hall of Fame" on heavy board; Also an All-American Girls League managers sit with players: Max Carey, Marty McManus, Claude Jonnard, Bert Niehoff, Jack Kloza, Johnny Gottselig, players Mary Lou Lester, Ann Hartnett, Annabelle Lee (all AAGL uniforms),. 9 x 7, Excellent, 1944. And a photo of the Tokyo Giants arriving at San Francisco for U. S. tour (all players including white Russian pitcher Victor Starfin identified), 8.5" x 6.5", Excellent, 1936.
