Published in 1900 and an excellent source of first hand information covering Anson's experiences with Marshalltown, the Forest Citys, the Philadelphia Athletics and the Chicago White Stockings. Excellent + condition. The difficult to find Beale book is the definitive work on the Washington Senators chronicling their history to the 1860's. Excellent condition with a very good dust jacket.
