Stanford-U CA 19th Century Thanksgiving Football Programs

  4 Lots

Arguably the greatest rivalry in College Football, the San Francisco Bay opponents first played in 1892 (twice), Stanford winning 14-10 and the second game ending in a 10-10 tie. The programs measure 7" x 10" and were produced with a colored cord going through two punch holes to hold the program together as was common practice then. All the programs are missing the colored cord. An 1893 Stanford-Cal program went in our November 2005 auction for $3,808
