Lot 94. E90-1 American Caramel Fred Clarke, Pitts. Nat'l, 40 SGC VG3. Clarke was originally issued with a Philadelphia NL affiliation in the E90-1 set, a team for which he never played. The card was crudely corrected to Pittsburgh, and has become one of the set's biggest rarities. The card is centered to the top, which kept the grade down.
