Lot 146. Vince Lombardi. Vince Lombardi was born in Brooklyn in 1913 and died prematurely at the age of 57. It was a remarkable 57 years. One of the “Seven Blocks of granite” at Fordham in 1936 Lombardi became a legend with the Green Bay Packers after a successful coaching stint with the Giants. His autograph on the blank 3 x 5 in thick blue ink jumps off the card which is titled “My Autograph’.
