Lot 257.  1935 Wheaties Fancy Frame Football Red Grange. The key card to Wheaties second football set is as nice a Wheaties card as you can find. Near Mint.

Lot 258.  1935 Wheaties Fancy Frames near set of 7, missing Pop Warner. Howard Jones, Ernie Nevers, Jack Armstrong, Chris Cagle and Red Grange all have full borders. The Grange has a scrape in the upper portion of the border. The Bennie Friedman and Harry Kipke only have the inner borders.

Lot 259.  A comprehensive offering of 79 cards from the 1948-1953 Exhibit Football series. The generally accepted set of 59 is present missing only the Nate Johnson and Herman Wedemeyer cards. This includes 30 of the 32 cards originally issued in 1948-9 (missing Wedemeyer & Johnson), the 11 new additions in 1950 and the 16 new additions in 1952 for a total of 57 cards. Also included is 22 of the 32 1952-53 “reprint” set in brown tint. A total of 79 cards.
