Lot 331. 1902 Ogdens set of 15 golfers from the General Interest Series with all cards SGC graded from 3 to 5. The set is highlighted by the Tom Morris card (designated as J. Morris) which is a 5. Grading summary includes 5 cards graded SGC 60 EX 5 including the Morris and one of the 4 Vardon cards, 6 cards graded SGC 50 VG/EX 4 including Harold Hilton and two of the Harry Vardon cards and there are 4 cards SGC 40 VG 3 including the last Vardon. Overall a remarkable set that because of the glossy surface and black borders do not allow it to grade well.
