Lot 370. Magnificent 1900 Life Association Hanging Calendar of British Amateur of 1901. The entire piece, measuring 22“ X 18“, has a 16“ x 10“ print portion in the middle. The print shows all 21 members of the British and Scottish teams. A numbered key identifying all the participant is included. Defending Champion Harold Hilton is the golfer addressing the ball. Many familiar names to anyone familiar with turn of the century golf including Horace Hutchinson, John Low, John Laidlaw, Robert Maxwell, Leslie Balfour-Melville and John Graham.
