Lot 265.  1949 Bowman #24 Stan Musial. Beautifully centered and clean. Received too late to get graded but it sure looks like at least a "7".

Lot 266.  1952 Bowman Proof card of Cliff Chambers. From the archives of Bowman art director George Moll. Black and White Proofs of the 1952 Bowmans were produced which were larger than the issued cards at 2 1/2" x 3 3/4". The cards show an uncropped photo used for the issued card. The card of Chambers is especially unusual as no card was ever issued for Chambers in 1952 Bowman. The card is ex+-mt to near mint.

Lot 267.  1953 Bowman group of 5 stars, 4 of which are PSA graded highlighted by a high grade Musial. Included are 9-Rizzuto (PSA EX-MT 6), 10-Ashburn (PSA NR MT 7), 18-Fox (PSA NR MT 7), 32-Musial (PSA NM-MT 8 OC), 93-Rizzuto & Martin (vg-ex) and 97-Mathews (PSA VG-EX 4).

Lot 268.  1954 Bowman stock of 745 cards. A few stars such as Bob Lemon (x4), Early Wynn (x2), Joe Garagiola (x2), Gil Hodges. Cards mostly range from fair to very good with some better and worse.

Lot 269.  1955 Bowman stock of 1,071 cards. Includes 13 High numbers. Condition averages good-very good with many cards better and worse. Few minor stars and some better variations.

Lot 270.  1952 Topps Group of 134 #'s from 1-249. Includes 49 cards from 1-80. Highlights are 1-Pafko (gd-vg), 11-Rizzuto (ex-mt), 26-Irvin (vg), 33-Spahn (vg-ex), 36-Hodges (ex), 37-Snider (ex+), 48-Page (vg-ex), 59-Roberts (vg-ex), Balance: 23 cards ex-mt or better, rest vg-ex.

Lot 271.  1952 Topps Group of 33 #'s from 251-310 including #261-Mays graded SGC 50 VG-EX 4. Highlights: 261-Mays (SGC 50 VG-EX 4), and 268-Lemon (ex-mt). Balance: 20 ex-mt or near mint, 11 very good.

Lot 272.  1952 Topps Group of 32 High #'s from 313-406. Includes 318, 326, 329-32, 336, 343, 348, 350-51, 356, 359-60, 363-4, 368, 371, 374, 376, 378-9, 381-2, 385, 390, 397-9 and 402-4. All are ex+ or ex-mt except 348 and 382 which have some surface wrinkles.

Lot 273.  1953 Topps stock of 629 cards. Group includes 29 High numbers almost all in fair-good condition. Cards mostly range from fair to very good with some better and worse.

Lot 275.  1954 Topps partial set of 228 different cards. Almost all commons the few HOF'ers are in lesser condition.103 cards excellent or better, 45 cards very good-excellent, 54 cards very good, 23 cards good, 3 cards fair.

Lot 276.  1955 Topps stock of 1,457 cards including 231 High numbers. Extensive stock, obviously with heavy duplication. Most cards range from fair to very good, with dozens excellent and several poor. The accumulation is void of HOF'ers except for 7 Monte Irvins. The average condition of the high numbers approaches very good and is significantly better than the low numbers.

Lot 277.  1955 and 1956 Topps partial sets of 97 different cards including 16 high numbers (1955) and 174 cards (1956). A total of 271 cards. All cards are minimally excellent and most are ex-mt or better. The 1956 includes a marked set of the two checklist cards.

Lot 278.  1956 Topps massive stock of 1,424 cards. Includes 2 Doby's, 7 Robin Roberts, marked set of both checklists and several team cards included dated variations. Condition is good to excellent with cards both worse and better.

Lot 278a.  1957 Topps partial sheet in three pieces including Mantle. Mostly from the 1957 Topps first series included are a partial sheet of 54 cards, a smaller partial sheet of 15 cards and a strip of 7 with Mickey Mantle on the right side. A total of 76 cards. The larger sheet, all from the 1st series, includes cards of Dune Snider, Kaline, Spahn, Schoendienst, team cards of the Yankees, Braves, Red Sox and Pirates. There is minor soiling on the sheet and there are 3 holes, affecting 4 cards, but the great majority of the cards range from excellent to near mint. The smaller sheet is highlighted by World Series participants, the Braves and Yankees and Bob Lemon. There is a hole at the top of the Hank Thompson but the balance are ex-mt or better. The strip of seven has Mickey Mantle on the right, unfortunately with the a pencil sized hole over his right shoulder. There is one other smaller hole on the adjoining card (Sammy White).

Lot 279.  1957 Topps stock of over 2,700 cards. Includes 78 cards from the rare series with 48 excellent or better. There are no major names but a good number of less important Hall of Famers and many team cards. Very nice stock of cards ranging from mostly from good to excellent. There are some cards less than good, but a much greater number ex-mt and nr mint.
