Lot 174.  T3 Turkey Red #47 Frank Chance. Has stain at border on right side, otherwise no creases and nice card.

Lot 175.  T200 Fatima Team Cards of Cleveland with Joe Jackson and the New York Giants with Jim Thorpe. The T200 Giants card has a couple of minute wrinkles in the upper left of the card, keeping it from a state of perfection not often seen in T200 cards. Beautifully centered, sharp corners and a high contrast photo. The Cleveland card has an even nicer photo but has a vertical crease going down the middle.

Lot 177.  T201 Group of 32 including Cobb/ Crawford. Highlights: Cobb/Crawford (vg), Baker-Collins (gd), Clarke (gd), 2 Speaker (vg-ex, good), Brown (gd), Jennings (vg-ex), Bender (vg), Walsh (vg-ex). Balance: 4 cards excellent, 16 cards very good, 2 cards good, 1 card fair.

Lot 178.  5 T202 Hassan Triple Folders including a Ty Cobb. "Ty Cobb Steals Third with Cobb and Moriarity" is gd-vg with a crease in the Moriarity end panel. Also "Just Before the Battle" with McGraw and Bresnahan end panels (vg), "The Athletic Infield" with Baker and Barry (good), "Close at the Plate" with Walsh and Payne (vg) and "Moriarity Spiked" with Willett and Stanage (vg-ex).

Lot 179.  Group of 15 T205 Gold Border rarities and HOF'ers and Hal Chase. Includes rarities Grant (2), Rowan, Scanlan, White, Wiltse and Barger and HOF'ers Bresnahan (2), Bender, McGraw, Clarke, Wallace, Chance and Evers. Fair-good.

Lot 180.  T205 Gold Border Sheckard with blank back and printing errors. GAI Authentic. T205 Sheckard has a blank back, also with yellow borders rather than gold. Card has creases and rounded corners.

Lot 181.  T206 Mickey Doolan freak printing. Badly out of register shows a double image and misplaced color. The card has no creases and a Piedmont back. A normal card, though in poor condition, is included.
Winning Bid $357.


Lot 182.  T206 Proof Card of Alperman, Brooklyn batting. Card has no name, has proof marks on top and bottom and is blank backed. Appears to be hand cut. Excellent +.

Lot 183.  Small group of 7 vintage cards including nice T206 Mathewson and a T206 Cobb. There are 5 T206's and an E92 Dockman Donovan (vg+). The Mathewson is a White cap and is a solid excellent, The Cobb is a green background and is good. The others are a Bresnahan portrait (near ex), a Chance Portrait with orange background (vg) and Donovan throwing (gd). The final card is a 1909 Obak of Duffy Lewis (fair).

Lot 185.  Collection of 167 T206 White Borders. Backs include 29 El Principe De Gales. There are no Hall of Famers, but there are 3 Hal Chase cards, Gandil, Cicotte and numerous tough 150 series cards. Condition breakdown: 21 cards excellent, 80 cards very good, 41 cards good, 25 cards poor-fair.

Lot 186.  79 T206 White Borders. No stars or rarities. 17 cards are very good-excellent, the balance are fair-very good.

Lot 187.  Group of 14 T207 Brown backgrounds of Boston Red Sox players. All are Recruit backs except one. Includes Speaker (good), Hooper (good, Coupon back), Wood (very good), Lewis (ex-mt), Yerkes (ex-mt), Henriksen (ex-mt), Hall (vg-ex), Hageman (gd, tape on rear), Thomas (fr-gd), Bradley (vg-ex), Carrigan (vg), Engle (vg), Garner (vg-ex) and Nunamaker (vg).

Lot 188.  Neatly Framed display of 3 W573 strips of 10 as issued. W573 are black and white, blank backed versions of E120 American Caramel. The strips are not glued in and include 5 HOF'ers (Alexander, Hornsby, Bancroft, Schalk and Eddie Collins). All strips and cards are minimally excellent.
