Lot 24. N300 Mayo of Hall of Fame pitcher John Clarkson. Clarkson was near the end of his relatively short career. He pitched with Cleveland in 1894 and the “St. Louis” on the uniform has always been a mystery. Clarkson never pitched with St. Louis. The card appears ex-mt on the front but there has been some retouching in the upper corners. Nicely centered, minimum wear and a nearly clean back. Minimum Bid $600.
